B. Approval by the Board to Share the Expense with the City of Elk River for a Dumpster on 4th of July Weekend ($800 Total-$400 Each) Board Member Arlene Sande made a Motion
to Share the Expense with the City for the Dumpster up to $400 to go towards the Payment of the City Plowing the Snowmobile parking lot, Tom Stroschein 2nd,MMC
